The grade describes appearance—not functionality.
Every listed device must pass the same functional inspection. The condition grade explains only the visible cosmetic wear on the exact phone shown in the listing.
Excellent
Minimal signs of use
Very light marks visible only on close inspection. No cracks, chips or dents that affect use.
Very good
Light everyday wear
Small scratches or edge marks may be visible. The display remains intact and every listed function is verified.
Good
Visible cosmetic wear
Noticeable scratches or finish wear are clearly disclosed. There are no undisclosed functional defects.
Every grade
One inspection standard
Battery, IMEI, display, cameras, buttons, Face ID, speakers, microphones, charging and connectivity are checked independently of cosmetic grade.
