RECOMMENDED DRAFT · NOT YET ACTIVE

A warranty should say exactly what happens next.

The launch proposal is a 90-day limited functional warranty. Final coverage, exclusions, repair partner, warrantor address and remedy language require Tomek and US legal approval before this becomes a written warranty.

1

Recommended 90-day limited warranty

Cover verified hardware functions for 90 days after delivery, subject to the final written warranty. Battery percentage disclosed at sale is a measured condition; normal later degradation is not automatically a defect.

2

Initial triage

Confirm the order and symptoms, check Apple service status where relevant, collect only necessary evidence, and never ask for an Apple ID password or device passcode.

3

Likely exclusions

Draft exclusions include new impact or liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized repair after delivery, loss or theft, software-only issues and normal cosmetic wear. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

4

Resolution ladder

After inspection, use remote troubleshooting, repair, equivalent replacement or refund. The final warranty must clearly identify the warrantor, duration, coverage, exclusions, claim steps and available remedy before sale.

Battery and data safety

CircuitGrades will never ask for an Apple ID password or device passcode. A swollen, unusually hot, damaged, defective or recalled battery must not use an ordinary air-return label.
