Tomasz Global L.L.C., a Wyoming limited liability company, will operate CircuitGrades and control the store data described below. This draft reflects guest checkout; the final vendor list, retention schedule and state disclosures must be approved before sales begin.
Data you provide
At guest checkout we expect to collect contact, billing and delivery details plus the order contents. Support and return requests may include messages and evidence you choose to send. An account is not required.
Payment boundary
Card and bank credentials will be entered in the payment provider's protected flow. CircuitGrades should retain provider references, status and limited fraud signals—not full card numbers or online-banking credentials.
How data is used
To validate and deliver orders, confirm payment, prevent fraud, provide support, manage returns and warranties, meet tax and recordkeeping duties, secure the service and resolve disputes.
Service providers
Only providers needed for hosting, email, payments, tax, fraud review, shipping, repair and support receive the data required for their task. The final policy will name or categorize every live provider.
Analytics choice
Necessary storage remembers the visitor's privacy choice. Analytics tags remain unloaded unless the visitor allows analytics, and that choice can be changed through the Privacy button.
Retention and security
Orders, tax, fraud, support and warranty records will follow an approved retention schedule. Access is limited by role, sensitive values are minimized and deletion does not override records the company must legally retain.
Your requests
Where applicable, customers may request access, correction or deletion and may appeal or opt out where state law provides. CircuitGrades will verify requests proportionately and will never ask for a password or one-time code.
