CircuitGrades is operated by Tomasz Global L.L.C., a Wyoming limited liability company. Product and payment rules are drafted; the governing-law, venue, liability and dispute provisions require final US legal review before payments are activated.
Exact-unit products
Each live listing will describe the exact phone: model, storage, carrier status, cosmetic grade, measured battery health, included accessories, inspection date, known repair information and material marks shown in real photos.
Order acceptance
Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. CircuitGrades accepts an order only after inventory, payment and fraud checks. A phone may be reserved while ACH or bank funds are pending and released when the stated reservation expires.
Price, tax and errors
Prices are in USD. Approved delivery charges and applicable sales tax are shown before payment. CircuitGrades may cancel and refund an order affected by a material pricing, inventory or listing error.
Payment safety
Payment methods will be processed by the selected provider. Orders never ship from a browser confirmation alone and bank-funded orders never ship while payment is pending.
Delivery
The approved Shipping & Returns Policy will state the dispatch promise, eligible destinations, signature, insurance, delay choices, address restrictions and lost or damaged package process.
Returns and warranty
The approved return policy and written limited warranty are incorporated into these terms. They will be available before sale and will state windows, exclusions, claim steps and remedies without limiting rights that cannot be waived.
Acceptable use
Customers may not use the store for fraud, testing stolen credentials, abusive chargebacks, unlawful export, resale deception or interference with site security. Legitimate disputes and legal consumer rights remain protected.
